Income and expenses

Use your own categories. Movements without one wait in a queue, where Pecuniae can suggest one.

Budgets
Set a monthly target for a category and see how much of it you’ve spent. A new target applies from its month on, so past months keep theirs.

CSV import and export
Import movements from a CSV file: you check a preview first, rows with errors are left out, and possible duplicates wait for your decision. Download all your data whenever you like, as CSV and JSON files in a ZIP.

Pair with one other person using an invitation code; pairing is free. Each of you keeps your own ledger, and Plus opens the shared views.

Questions
How much does it cost?
Everyday tracking is free. Plus is a monthly subscription you buy in the app through Apple; the app shows its price before you buy.
Is it available yet?
Not yet. Pecuniae is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with an email address and a password, or with Apple. Your records are kept on our server in the European Union, so the app needs a connection.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Pecuniae doesn’t connect to your bank and doesn’t move money. You add movements yourself, or import them from a CSV file.
How does it work for two?
You invite one other person with a code. Each of you keeps your own ledger and can change only your own records; with Plus, you also see each other’s in the shared views. Both ledgers use the same currency, and one subscription covers you both.
Which currencies can I use?
Each account keeps its ledger in euros, US dollars or pounds sterling. The currency labels your amounts; it never converts them.
